Description

MEDIAN Deutschland, part of the MEDIAN Group and one of Europe's leading providers of medical rehabilitation and mental health care, is hiring a Data Analyst for its Digital Health unit at the Berlin corporate headquarters. The role focuses on analysing usage, interaction and adherence data of digital aftercare applications, building a KPI dashboard and turning product and therapy questions into sound analytical insights. It sits at the intersection of data analysis, health, digital product and therapy and offers flexible working with regular mobile work.

Responsibilities

Analyse usage, interaction and adherence data of digital aftercare applications along the entire user journey from registration to billing
Unlock and link additional data sources such as questionnaire and clinical treatment data across existing systems for deeper analyses
Translate requests from the product and therapy team into sound analytical questions and KPIs, applying statistical methods for inference and forecasting
Build and maintain a KPI dashboard for the product team, therapists and management
Derive actionable recommendations together with the teams to optimise processes and better support patients
Identify data and process problems, ensure data quality and help develop improved data structures
Support monthly reporting at operational and management level

Requirements

Completed degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or comparable qualification with relevant experience
Solid SQL skills and confident use of R
Experience with statistical inference and forecasting methods, descriptive, explanatory and predictive
Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Ability to link data from various sources into an analysable context
Ability to translate business questions into analytical ones and communicate them to stakeholders
Independent, structured working style and proactive handling of data and process issues
Experience with digital health applications or usage and adherence data is an advantage
German at C2 level and fluent English at C1 level
Monthly travel readiness of 2-4 days within Germany, driving licence class B
