Description
An international electric-vehicle technology company is hiring a Digital & Paid Media Specialist for its France marketing team, reporting directly to the Deputy Senior Digital & Social Media Manager. The role covers day-to-day website management, web analytics and SEO follow-up, plus end-to-end support of paid media campaigns in close collaboration with media agency Dentsu. It also includes building performance dashboards, reporting on KPIs and running administrative budget workflows such as purchase orders and invoice tracking. The position is based in Paris and requires professional fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
Manage daily updates and maintenance of the French website: landing pages, model updates, promotional banners, content publication
Monitor website traffic, user journeys, and conversion using Google Analytics 4
Create, update, and refine automated performance dashboards for KPI tracking
Oversee SEO strategy implementation: content optimization, meta-data updates, technical SEO compliance
Support the Content & Paid Media Manager in preparing, setting up, and launching paid media campaigns (Social, Search, Display, Video, Sponsored Content)
Work daily with media agency Dentsu on campaign tracking, ad ops, and tag management
Monitor the performance and execution of paid brand content campaigns, including partnerships with tech/auto media, under the supervision of the manager
Manage administrative processes for paid media and digital: creating purchase orders, tracking invoices, budget reconciliation
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or paid media on the agency or client side
Proficient with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Understanding of digital media tools: Paid Social, SEA, Display
Understanding of SEO fundamentals
Experience creating and maintaining performance dashboards
Experience working with media agencies
Professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
Analytical and data-driven approach, comfortable with numbers and data processing
Attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing tags, links, invoices, and setting up campaigns
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-growing startup environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
Team player with a willingness to learn and support team goals
