Head Of Engineering (f/m/d)

Moss is hiring a Head of Engineering to lead engineering for one of its product tribes, based in Berlin. The role combines deep people leadership, directly managing 15 to 20 engineers with no management layer beneath you, with real technical engagement on system architecture and delivery. You report to the CTO and sit in a tribe leadership trio alongside the Product Tribe Lead and Design Lead, owning hiring, development, delivery outcomes and the tribe's operating rhythm. Moss is a Berlin-founded fintech unicorn building a Finance AI platform for European mid-sized businesses.
