Description
Danone is looking for an IT & Data Product Analyst to join the Core HR team as a Core HR Data & Transformation Lead. The role safeguards the integrity, quality and evolution of Core HR data across the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central landscape. The specialist acts as a key internal reference for HR data topics, supporting organizational transformations, data migrations, mass updates and business-driven changes affecting employee, position and organizational data. The position works closely with HR, product, payroll and integration teams and offers growth toward broader project, product and leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter lead for Core HR data within SuccessFactors Employee Central
Maintain strong knowledge of the Core HR data model, foundation objects, organizational structures and employee data architecture
Ensure consistency and quality of HR master data across the platform
Support and coordinate data-related activities for reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers and business transformation initiatives
Coordinate large-scale employee, position and organizational updates
Support planning and execution of mass uploads and data migration activities
Assess impacts of data changes across downstream systems, reporting solutions, payroll processes and connected platforms
Act as the primary liaison between Core HR and integration teams regarding data impacts and business requirements
Support project teams in defining data-related requirements and implementation approaches
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR data quality processes
Identify risks related to data integrity and define mitigation plans
Ensure compliance with internal governance, security and privacy requirements for sensitive employee data
Support business stakeholders throughout analysis, testing, validation and deployment activities
Provide expertise and guidance during audits, transformation projects and strategic HR initiatives
Maintain documentation, standards and best practices related to Core HR data
Requirements
3-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is strongly preferred
Experience with other HR Information Systems such as Workday or Oracle HCM will also be considered
Strong understanding of HR Master Data management and organizational structures
Experience in data migration, data transformation, organizational changes or HR system implementations
Ability to perform impact assessments across complex HR ecosystems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High level of attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment
Very good level of English; French or Polish is a plus
