Responsibilities
Set up an effective lead generation strategy using digital and other channels
Plan, create and manage acquisition and conversion campaigns on channels such as SEO/SEA, display, social media marketing and content marketing
Design and produce engaging content (articles, videos, infographics, newsletters, social media posts) to attract and convert prospects
Administer the website dedicated to the marketing of continuing education and evening courses
Run A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns to improve conversion rate and prospect engagement
Set up and manage automation tools to maximize the efficiency of emailing and nurturing campaigns
Track KPIs and analyze campaign results to adjust strategies and propose improvements, writing detailed reports on marketing performance
Work closely with academic teams, the development department and external partners to ensure consistency of communication and marketing actions
Monitor marketing trends in higher education and adapt practices accordingly
Participate in the key events of the communication department
Requirements
Minimum level of education required: Bac+5 (five years of higher education)
Required field of study: marketing, communication or equivalent
Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in digital marketing and managing acquisition campaigns, preferably in higher education or continuing education
Strong digital marketing skills, including managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media)
Expertise in creating and optimizing conversion funnels
Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Hubspot), CMS and marketing automation software
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to guide strategic decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactivity, creativity and ability to propose innovative initiatives to attract and convert prospects

Conditions
Hybrid format: 2 days at the headquarters at 60 rue Mazarine, 75006 Paris, 2 days at the Santeuil site (75005) and 1 day of remote work
Position open to public service staff (Category A) and to non-public-service candidates
For non-public-service staff: 24-month public-law fixed-term contract (CDD)
Weekly working time of 39 hours
