Description

Join a Prague-based team building software that manages and optimizes patient transport logistics for emergency services, so that response times keep coming down. Crews use the product in the field across Europe, North and South America, and Australia. You will start in an existing native iOS application and later move into Flutter cross-platform development. AI coding tools are central to the daily workflow, from long sessions to agent loops.

Responsibilities

Start in the existing native iOS application, keeping it stable and dependable for field crews
Move into Flutter development, which is where the cross-platform work is heading
Use AI coding tools well past autocomplete, including long sessions, agent loops and reshaped workflows

Requirements

Genuine interest in mobile development and in the people who use what you build
Solid Flutter and Dart skills
Native iOS experience, including working comfortably in an established codebase
Critical thinking and an open mind, ready to update views when evidence points elsewhere
Willingness to pick up new, promising technologies and approaches
Proficiency in English, spoken and written
Experience with Android development
Knowledge of TypeScript or .NET
Czech at a conversational level
Living close enough to Prague to be in the office regularly

Conditions

Hybrid role requiring office presence 2-3 days per week
Candidates must be based in the Czech Republic and available for regular in-office collaboration in Prague
No visa sponsorship; full authorization to work in the Czech Republic is required
