Description

Entyre, part of the Entyre Group, is a fast-growing health tech scale-up with offices across Switzerland and the United States and more than 500 employees globally. The company is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for its Berlin tech hub to take real ownership of buildingand scaling two core software solutions. The role is full-stack, currently with a strong focus on workflow automation and data analytics, within a small, focused team. The tech stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js, among others.

Responsibilities

Create hands-on, high-quality software solutions and applications
Apply technical knowledge and experience to address technical challenges
Engage closely with interdisciplinary teams including Product, Operations, and Patient Care Teams
Assume end-to-end responsibility for technical projects from conception to rollout
Manage and further develop the two core software solutions
Build and ship new features, currently with a strong focus on workflow automation and data analytics

Requirements

Substantial experience as a fullstack developer across diverse companies
Experience working with highly sensitive data
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and React or Vue.js
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs
Fluency in English
Genuine passion for technology driven by curiosity and an inquiring mind

Conditions

Fixed salary of €100,000 per year
Modern office in vibrant Kreuzberg near Kottbusser Tor with up to 3 days of home office per week
