A senior product role owning the product direction for the Trust Platform's orchestration model, studio, APIs, dashboard and data layer. The position sits at the intersection of market and commercial functions, customers, vendors, other product teams, Engineering, Data, Design and Analytics, and is the most strategic and market-facing product role in the team. The role is based in Berlin or Munich, Germany, in an international digital identity and fraud prevention company.

Responsibilities
Work closely with clients and together with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and other commercial functions, assess market needs and identify viable use cases
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of integrating external signals – biometrics, device fingerprinting, PEP and sanctions checks, document databases, and credit bureaus – through orchestration, studio, and API
Conduct commercial and technical vendor evaluations and manage RFP processes to ensure the platform offers cutting-edge tools and capabilities
Act as the product counterpart for other product teams, own the integration of their products into the platform, and manage cross-functional dependencies
Own dashboard and analytics features of the platform, providing clients with meaningful data on conversions, drop-offs, and fraud in real-time
Design unified data schemas and reusable data blocks to ensure that signals from different providers have consistent definitions
Train internal teams on understanding and navigating the platform so they can help clients get the most value from the integration
Define the product direction for platform capabilities in orchestration, studio, API, dashboard, and data layer
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management with end-to-end ownership of strategy, discovery, prioritization, and delivery
Experience in launching new products to market, coordinating go-to-market activities, and pricing SaaS products
Experience working with platforms, orchestration, API, or third-party integrations in a technically complex environment
Experience in conducting vendor evaluations and RFPs based on commercial, technical, security, and operational criteria
Knowledge and experience in digital identity, fraud prevention, risk, compliance, or regulated industries (banking, fintech, insurance, telecommunications) as a strong plus
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and commercial stakeholders and find product opportunities in market discussions
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and business topics to top management, clients, and internal teams
Comfort in a fast-paced environment and ability to work with uncertainty, revising priorities
