Description

A leading digital transformation partner in Northern Europe with around 3,000 specialists, spanning software engineering, Data & AI, cloud platforms, digital experiences and business applications, is hiring experienced Test Automation Engineers for business-critical solutions within Danish digital healthcare. The role focuses on building quality into the software delivery process and on automating tests across applications, APIs and integrations together with developers, DevOps specialists and architects. The position is permanent and based in Copenhagen, with professional fluency in Danish and willingness to work onsite at the customer location required.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing and maintaining automated tests
Establishing test automation at different levels of the solution
Testing APIs and integrations between systems
Integrating automated testing into CI/CD processes
Developing regression testing and automated quality controls
Planning and carrying out system and integration testing
Contributing to performance and load testing
Analysing failures using logs, tracing and test results
Supporting reliable test data and stable test environments
Working with developers on root cause analysis and regression prevention
Contributing to test strategy, documentation and continuous improvement of quality practices

Requirements

Professional experience in software testing and a strong understanding of test automation
Experience with test automation at different levels of a solution
API and integration testing between systems and services
Automated component, system and end-to-end testing
Integrating automated testing into CI/CD processes
Version control with Git
Failure analysis and troubleshooting using logs, tracing and test results
Testing distributed systems and complex integrations
Performance and load testing
Working with test data and stable test environments
Experience with Java-based applications, REST/SOAP integrations, messaging or containerised environments is an advantage
Experience within digital healthcare or other business- or society-critical systems
Collaborating across multiple teams or suppliers
Professional fluency in Danish, both spoken and written

Conditions

Permanent position based in Copenhagen
Ability to work onsite at the customer location in Copenhagen when required
Flexibility to occasionally work from main offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Vilnius
