Описание

Fixed-term (CDD) Business Analyst role within the IT project ownership (MOA) service of a French public financial supervision authority, based in Paris. The analyst acts as the main liaison with the business to gather needs, draft functional specifications and user stories, and guarantee the quality of delivered solutions through acceptance test design and execution. Work covers the full MOA cycle on an application for dematerializing exchanges between the authority and supervised institutions, inside a 15-person maintenance team. The position involves close collaboration with business, MOA, MOE teams and providers, and participation in Agile ceremonies.

Обязанности

Gather, analyze and formalize business needs
Run workshops with users and stakeholders and assess the impact of requested changes
Write expressions of need, functional specifications and user stories
Write test books and acceptance scenarios and prepare the required test data sets
Execute functional and non-regression acceptance test campaigns
Contribute to continuous improvement of acceptance testing processes
Identify, qualify and track anomalies through to resolution
Participate in preparation and follow-up of production releases
Ensure change management and organize knowledge transfer and user training
Provide support to internal users
Work closely with business, MOA, MOE teams and external providers
Participate in Agile ceremonies

Требования

Bac+5 degree (master's level) in computer science
Proven first experience as a Business Analyst or functional tester (recetteur fonctionnel)
Mastery of functional testing and validation methodologies
Experience analyzing and formalizing business needs
Experience writing functional specifications and user stories
Experience designing and executing test plans
Experience managing anomalies and acceptance test follow-up
Proficiency with test management tools such as Squash TM or equivalent
Proficiency with collaborative tools: Jira, Confluence and Excel
Autonomy, proactivity, rigor and organization
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with varied stakeholders
Experience leading business workshops or willingness to develop this skill
