Описание

Media intelligence company is hiring a Capture & Harvesting Manager in Warsaw to lead its harvesting team inside the Core division. The manager directly oversees three remote engineers, reviews system designs, mentors engineers and represents the team in cross-team work, with the team expected to grow toward ten people. The role covers three products — Ads Harvesting, CloudR and Logo Schedule — that supply raw viewership and ad data to internal licensing and product teams. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Обязанности

Manage three remote engineers, reviewing real system designs and answering technical questions yourself
Mentor engineers directly, unblock design decisions and resolve technical disagreements before they become team friction
Represent Harvesting's interests in cross-team work with Content ID or product teams
Weigh in on recurring in-house-versus-vendor calls for harvesting operations market by market
Keep pushing the team's AI automation work forward
Grow the team toward up to ten engineers

Требования

Real engineering management experience leading a team of roughly 3 to 10 people, not senior IC work with a title change
Technical depth to review a system design, catch what is wrong with it and make the call yourself when someone is stuck
Comfortable mentoring engineers directly and handling technical conflict without it becoming a people problem

Условия

Full-time employee role based on-site in Warsaw
On-site work policy; fully remote is not up for discussion
No greenfield project — the harvesting pipeline has run since 2018
Today the team is three people and is expected to grow slowly
