Description

A leading European provider of medical rehabilitation and mental health is looking for a Data Analyst in its digital health area. The role focuses on analyzing usage, interaction and adherence data of digital aftercare applications and on building a KPI dashboard for the product, therapy and management teams. The position is full-time and based in Berlin, with flexible working hours, home-office options and monthly travel within Germany.

Responsibilities

Analyze usage, interaction and adherence data of digital aftercare applications along the entire user journey from registration to billing
Unlock and link additional data sources such as questionnaire and clinical treatment data across existing systems for in-depth analyses
Translate requests from the product and therapy teams into sound analytical questions and KPIs, including statistical methods for inference and forecasting
Build and maintain a KPI dashboard for the product team, therapists team and management
Derive recommendations for action together with the teams to optimize processes and better support patients
Identify data and process issues, ensure data quality and contribute to improved data structures
Support monthly reporting at operational and management level

Requirements

Completed degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Solid SQL skills and confident handling of R
Experience with statistical inference and forecasting methods, both descriptive, explanatory and predictive
Experience with dashboards and data visualization, for example Tableau or Power BI
Ability to structure and link data from various sources into an analyzable context
Ability to translate business questions into analytical ones and communicate complex data clearly to different stakeholders such as the product team, therapy team and management
Independent and structured way of working with a proactive approach to raising data and process issues and suggesting improvements
Experience with digital health applications or handling usage and adherence data is an advantage
Willingness to travel 2–4 days per month within Germany, mostly in one go, and driving licence class B
German language skills at C2 level and fluent English at C1 level
