An audio-only streaming platform for sensual audio stories for women is hiring its first internal Data Analyst. You will report to the Head of Data and sit with Marketing, Product and Finance to turn vague requests into well-defined problems and actionable answers. The role spans first-line scoping conversations, dashboards and reports, and managing data in dbt, with an Analytics Engineer supporting the underlying infrastructure. It is a hybrid position based in or around Berlin with two fixed office days per week.

Responsibilities
Own first-line scoping conversations with Marketing, Product and Finance
Ask the right clarifying questions, push back on vague or over-scoped requests and land on a defined problem plus a good-enough solution
Come up with your own solution after alignment with stakeholders, maximizing impact and keeping development time as short as possible
Build and maintain the dashboards and reports in Tableau that Marketing, Product and Finance can act on
Build and manage data in dbt: create and maintain the fact tables and models behind recurring reporting and analyses
Own the day-to-day reliability of what you build: catch, flag or fix issues
Question the status quo at the working level and work with the Head of Data on what is worth fixing
Report to the Head of Data and work alongside an Analytics Engineer
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst or similar analytics role
Ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and know when to ask for help on ambiguous ones
Proven stakeholder-facing judgment: sitting with a non-technical stakeholder, asking the right questions and resisting both over-engineering and under-scoping
Clear problem framing, direct communication and willingness to challenge assumptions
Solid SQL skills
Hands-on dbt experience, owning models from raw data to fact table
Comfort with a BI tool; Tableau is used today, tool-agnostic long term
Ability to build and maintain models end-to-end from raw data to fact table to dashboard
Comfortable moving across domains and supporting Marketing and other stakeholders when needed
Opinionated but coachable attitude and openness to direct feedback
Fluent in English
Experience working with Marketing on at least one real marketing project (a strong plus)
Experience in a startup environment (a strong plus)
Use of AI tools in day-to-day analysis (a strong plus)
