Description

Deutsche Telekom (T Business) is looking for a Delivery Project Manager to manage the delivery of ICT services and products for business customers. Delivered solutions include data transmission networks with SD-X, data center and cloud services, voice services, cyber security solutions, Modern Workplace and integration services. The role covers running several to several dozen simultaneous implementations and ensuring on-time delivery within the agreed cost and quality. It involves close cooperation with customers, sales staff and technical teams, plus project documentation and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

Project management of ICT services and products for business customers
Delivery of implemented products: data transmission networks including SD-X, data center and cloud services, voice services, cyber security solutions, Modern Workplace and integration services
Running several to several dozen simultaneous implementations, depending on project size and value
Ensuring schedule adherence and delivering projects within the accepted cost and quality
Breaking the project into tasks, creating their schedule, delegating assignments, monitoring and billing ordered work
Cooperating with customers, sales staff and technical teams of T-Mobile or third parties
Managing project risks and minimizing their negative impact
Maintaining project documentation and reporting on progress

Requirements

Knowledge and skills in project management: scope, time, cost, stakeholders, quality, human resources, communication, risk and procurement, in a recognized methodology such as Prince2 or PMI
Experience with tools that support PM methods in managing assigned projects
General knowledge of ICT services — data transmission, data center, IT integration, cyber security
Ability to initiate and independently run effective project meetings with participants at all organizational levels, both inside the company and at the client
Creativity in solving emerging problems
Driving license class B
Good English for communication and for creating documents and presentations
Nice to have: certification in project management such as Prince2 or PMI
Nice to have: experience communicating with stakeholders in senior positions
Nice to have: ability to negotiate and develop unusual project agreements
