A global consumer super-app is expanding into fintech and is hiring an experienced, highly analytical Product Manager in the Fintech domain. The role owns the strategy, roadmap and execution for a core part of the fintech product suite, working at the intersection of product-led growth, compliance, marketing, fraud and legal across multiple markets. The Product Manager leads a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers, owns the backlog, UX and feature definition, and improves KPIs through rigorous experimentation and data analysis. The position is based in London.
Обязанности
Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch for your area of the fintech product, defining success metrics and owning KPIs
Iterate continuously based on post-launch performance data
Use experimentation, cohort analysis and funnel tracking to validate hypotheses and prioritize the roadmap
Dive deep into behavioral data and user journey mapping to identify UX bottlenecks and reduce drop-off
Build user flows that meet strict Risk, Fraud and KYC requirements while balancing security and seamlessness
Factor local market data, user trends and regional fintech behaviors into product decisions across markets
Lead and inspire a squad of engineers and designers, aligning with Support, Marketing and Compliance
Требования
7+ years as a Product Manager in the Fintech or Consumer Payments space, e.g. digital wallets, card products or money movement
Strong B2C mobile app experience with a deep, quantitative understanding of mobile user behavior and UX optimization
Exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of using product analytics platforms to diagnose problems, build hypotheses, run experiments and drive outcomes
Commercial mindset: understanding the business and unit-economics levers behind a fintech product and connecting product decisions to revenue, cost and growth
Cross-functional leadership: ability to use data to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse teams
Fluent English with the ability to translate complex data and product concepts into clear narratives for stakeholders
0-to-1 consumer product experience — having built something from scratch
Advantage: experience building or scaling a fintech product in a regulated, multi-market environment
Advantage: familiarity with fraud and risk systems in a consumer payments context
Advantage: experience with payments infrastructure such as card networks, issuing/acquiring or open banking APIs
