Description

The company is a leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, partnering with many of the world's biggest brands to transform how they serve customers. It is hiring a Product Manager for Agent Development to build and ship enterprise-grade AI agents, engage directly with customers and shape the product roadmap. The role is primarily in-person with offices in San Francisco and New York. Candidates should bring 5-7+ years of technical product development experience, ideally at or above Senior Product Manager level.

Responsibilities

Build enterprise-grade AI agents together with engineers and customers, shipping agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day
Engage with all levels of customers' businesses and discover and assess their requirements
Prepare and present demonstrations of the AI agent to customers
Address and overcome technical challenges in the business process by working with technical counterparts
Develop and improve virtual agents to fit and anticipate customer needs and business processes
Become a trusted advisor and drive strategic technical strategies for customers
Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product development teams to scope and implement new features

Requirements

5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products
Past experience in Product Management or other similar product development roles at or above the level of Senior Product Manager
Experience crafting and tailoring a message for potential customers, including executives
Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments
Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience
