The role provides functional analysis and expert support for enterprise R&D Systems and Platforms deployed across the region, covering the Snacking, Petcare and Food segments. It combines key and end user support, knowledge management, governance of business process and data quality, change management and new capability deployment. The position works closely with regional systems functional analysts, business partners, corporate product owners, process owners and business delivery services.

Обязанности

Providing key user support as a point of escalation for system issues
Development and maintenance of key and end user training curriculum and training materials, executing training sessions and refresher trainings
Managing the key and end user community and relevant business stakeholders, leading communities of practice and driving continuous improvements
Performance review of service level effectiveness through incident trends and SLAs
Partnering with the development team to support resolution of system issues and bugs
Driving rapid response to Code Red incidents and supporting technical teams with functional input into analysis, solutioning, testing and approval
Supporting global and segment process owners on system and data quality compliance
Aligning and validating system functionality with business requirements across regional and global CIPs
Managing CIPs including creation of requests, testing and implementation in the units
Responsible for UAT and end-to-end testing prior to rolling out new system functionality
Supporting the MDT team with impact assessment of system changes
Providing input into the new capability global prioritization process
Supporting the deployment lead or project manager as a functional owner of system implementation
Validating system functionality including UAT and BIT testing and managing unit specific changes
Managing the key and end user training journey: defining curriculum, developing materials, executing sessions and supporting hyper-care

Требования

Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, R&D systems, Supply or DT/Business partnership
Experience with SAP PLM system
Experience with R&D or Quality systems
Minimum bachelor's degree in science or IT systems, or equivalent in food safety/food science or related subject area is desirable
Good understanding of the Quest/Innovation process
Excellent networking skills and ability to build rapport remotely
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Fluent English
