Описание

DHL Corporate Procurement is looking for a Transportation Procurement Analyst to join its Center of Excellence team within the ESSA (Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa) region. The role supports the ESSA Transportation procurement team by managing e-sourcing events, analysing complex data and comparative bids, and maintaining SRM processes and data in Salesforce. The position can be based in Warsaw, Valencia, Prague/Ostrava or Budapest and reports into the Head of Transport Sourcing CoE for EMEA.

Collaborate with procurement and business unit colleagues to set up e-sourcing events, analyze their results, and optimize procurement processes towards digital and automated solutions
Prepare and interpret complex data, perform comparative analysis of commercial offers
Help the ESSA team translate customer procurement strategies into effective e-sourcing solutions
Participate as needed in internal and external meetings with customers and in negotiations with suppliers
Maintain data quality in tools and help identify, resolve, and escalate technical issues in the SRM tool
Continuously review and monitor supplier relationship management processes to find improvements and increase efficiency
Be an active and engaged member of the ESSA Transport Procurement community

Требования

More than 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics operations, or as a Data Analyst
Fluent English in written and spoken form
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced Excel functions
Knowledge of data visualization tools, e.g., Power BI (preferred)
Knowledge of e-sourcing tools Jaggaer ASO, Bravo, or Salesforce (preferred)
Ability to manage complex projects under time constraints
Process-oriented approach and comfortable working in an agile environment with adaptation to changing requirements
High customer orientation and logical, analytical approach to complex issues
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience and understanding of the logistics sector, preferably road, air, and sea transport
Experience in procurement with specialization in transport and logistics services (preferred)
Higher education in logistics, supply chain, business administration, statistics, or engineering (preferred)
Qualification in data analysis (CAP, IABAC, CCA) or supply chain (preferred)
