LUKLA is looking for a Workplace Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to support a large group in steering and coordinating the Build to Run phase of its IT Workplace products and services. The goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from BUILD to RUN, so that solutions put into production are secure, stable and properly supported from the start. The role covers running Build to Run workshops, defining acceptance criteria, RACI and escalation matrices, and reporting to top management.

Обязанности

Analyze RUN/Support impacts based on project requirements expressions
Define scope and estimate cost of Build to Run activities, including transition to support
Identify and track acceptance criteria for production deployment
Adapt and monitor validation of transition checklists to RUN
Conduct Build to Run workshops: planning, coordination, and action tracking
Prepare instructions for user support teams
Contribute to the development of the service request catalog
Build and validate RACI and escalation matrices
Contribute to defining VSR exit criteria
Participate in GO/NOGO decisions for production deployment and VSR closure
Ensure coordination between project teams, RUN, support, and stakeholders
Prepare dashboards and report to management

Требования

At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or operational coordination
Proven experience in Build to Run transition processes
Strong knowledge of Workplace environments and production deployment challenges
Proficiency in ITIL methodologies
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket and service management tools
Understanding of technical environments: Cloud, networks, systems, business applications
Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to unite and coordinate teams
Sense of priorities and organizational skills
Client-oriented mindset and focus on service quality
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Meticulous, self-reliant, and able to synthesize information
Confident in presentations for top management
