Описание

Fever is the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, partnering with Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound. They are hiring an AI Senior Designer to own creative execution for high-visibility digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. The role focuses on producing assets entirely with AI tools, defining scalable workflows for ideation, production, and localization, while setting creative and technical standards for AI-assisted design and video production.

Own and elevate creative execution for high-visibility digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Design and deliver best-in-class video and static assets including key visuals, motion pieces, thumbnails, end screens, and hero assets
Focus on producing assets with AI tools, defining workflows that accelerate ideation, production, localization, and iteration at scale
Leverage AI platforms to produce 100% of assets in creative production for paid and organic media, hero assets, and landing page assets
Prototype, pitch, and validate new creative formats using insights from performance data, platform trends, and audience behavior
Set creative and technical standards for AI-assisted design and video production, documenting best practices and workflows
Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback, creative direction, and guidance on craft and AI usage

Требования

6+ years of professional experience in digital design, motion, video, AI production in fast-paced or performance-driven environments
Proven experience owning creative projects end-to-end from concept to execution and iteration leveraging AI tools
Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design decisions impact results
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Generative AI tools for image, video, copy, and ideation
Experienced in integrating AI into everyday workflows
Fluent in Spanish and English
