Описание

Our client is a global IT services and consulting company specializing in digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services. The Automation Engineer will design, develop and maintain automation tools for IT operations, provisioning, configuration, monitoring and deployment.

Обязанности

Automate IT operations and infrastructure
Design and maintain automation tools
Automate provisioning, configuration, monitoring and deployment
Optimize IT processes and workflows
Develop scripts for system integration
Manage infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform and VMware Aria Automation
Implement IT and security best practices
Support change management processes
Provide 2nd line support and coordinate with 3rd line teams
Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders

Требования

Experience with Python, PowerShell or Bash scripting
Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform or VMware Aria Automation
Knowledge of VMware vSphere and cloud platforms
Understanding of Windows Server and Red Hat Linux
Familiarity with ITIL and IT change management processes
Experience with ticketing systems and strong organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
English proficiency at B2/C1 level
