Описание

A German microbiome-health scale-up is hiring a Brand Activation Manager to build its offline presence in Germany from scratch. The role owns the activation roadmap end-to-end — events, out-of-home cultural-channel listings, partner coordination, budgets and KPIs — reporting directly to the Head of Omnichannel. Work is flexible and remote within a three-hour time difference of Berlin, with regular travel across Germany.

Обязанности

Develop the offline activation roadmap for Germany and decide in coordination with management where the brand takes place
Own activations end-to-end from first briefing through concept and production to on-site execution and post-event evaluation
Decide which out-of-home cultural channels the brand appears in and build those locations up to listings so visibility turns into revenue
Coordinate internal teams, agencies, vendors, event organizers, promoters and trade partners with clear briefings, timelines and responsibilities
Plan and steer activation budgets, define KPIs, evaluate honestly what comes back and turn what works into a reusable playbook

Требования

Experience in brand activation, experiential, event, field or trade marketing, sponsoring or a comparable brand-side or agency-side environment
Projects requiring close alignment between internal teams and external partners
Strong project management across multiple workstreams, deadlines, vendors and stakeholders simultaneously
Commercial thinking covering budgets, KPIs, performance reviews and ROI analysis
Ownership of the full closing path from research to listing, both digital and on-site
Strong sense of the German market: culture, consumers, events, retail and lifestyle trends
Confident communication in German and safe English with agencies, vendors, organizers, buyers and management
Hands-on and solution-oriented attitude, calm under pressure, with regular travel across Germany including weekends

Условия

Greenfield role with no existing processes, legacy assets or half-finished contracts to inherit
Flat structure of around 20 people, direct reporting to the Head of Omnichannel, founders one call away
Flexible work from anywhere with a maximum three-hour time difference to Berlin, plus a 500 € home-office budget at start
Attractive salary and investment in training and further development
Two offsites per year and team events
Benefits include Deutschlandticket, Urban Sports Club and 30 days of vacation
