Описание

An international digital transformation consultancy is hiring several Business Analysts in Paris to support strategic transformation projects for major banks and financial institutions. The role sits at the interface between business and IT teams in banking and financial environments, covering areas such as investment banking, Capital Markets, structured finance, risk, operations, Front-to-Back and asset management. Depending on your background you will gather and challenge business needs, translate them into functional specifications, and support testing, UAT and go-live activities. A dual functional and technological perspective is expected, with a professional level in French and English required.

Обязанности

Gather, analyse and challenge the needs of users and business teams
Translate business needs into requirements and functional specifications
Analyse existing processes and identify functional impacts linked to information system changes
Act as the link between business, IT, development, architecture, testing and production teams
Take part in scoping new projects or functional evolutions
Write user stories, business requirements, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
Prepare and execute test strategies and acceptance test campaigns
Organise and support UAT phases with users
Analyse and track anomalies through to their resolution
Take part in monitoring production releases and supporting users
Contribute to change management and continuous process improvement
Take part in the coordination and functional management of projects

Требования

Higher education degree at Bac+5 level, ideally from an engineering school, business school, MIAGE or university
Professional experience as a Business Analyst, MOA, Functional Consultant or equivalent role
Experience in the banking or financial sector gained at a bank, asset management firm, financial institution, FinTech or consulting company
Good understanding of the interaction between financial business lines and information systems
Experience with requirements gathering, functional analysis, writing specifications and/or acceptance testing
Ability to quickly understand complex functional problems and translate them into concrete solutions
Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills
Professional level in French and English
