Описание

Hyundai and Genesis Motor UK are looking for a Business Applications Platform Analyst to join their team in Leatherhead. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining and enhancing the company's SAP environment, which underpins digital operations for employees, retailers, training centres and the Tilbury port. Working closely with the Business Applications Manager, you will resolve SAP incidents, support users, analyse business processes and help deliver system improvements that keep business-critical systems running effectively.

Обязанности

Monitor, triage and manage SAP-related incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and JIRA
Resolve 1st and 2nd line SAP support tickets, including transaction errors, process issues and user navigation queries
Support the Business Applications Manager in analysing SAP-related business requirements and identifying practical improvements
Investigate recurring SAP issues, identify root causes and help implement sustainable resolutions
Escalate complex SAP functional, technical or integration issues to internal teams or external partners
Maintain clear ticket records, resolution notes, user updates and supporting documentation
Assist with documentation of SAP processes, user guidance, requirements and technical specifications
Support related business applications, retailer systems and interfaces that interact with SAP

Требования

User requirements gathering and workshop facilitation
Translation of user requirements into technical specifications
Business process re-engineering and streamlining
Solid experience of day-to-day application support and issue resolution
Producing easy-to-follow training collateral
Strong experience supporting ERP, CRM and BI platforms
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
Taking ownership of issues through to resolution
Self-motivated and able to multitask while working to tight deadlines
Comfortable working and communicating with all levels of the business
Ability to think outside the box when providing solution options
Experience of supporting and maintaining an SAP environment
