Description

Client Delivery Lead at Kraken, a tech company building an AI-driven platform for energy management and utility transformation. The role owns the operations product roadmap, bridges technology and business teams, and solves complex client problems in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

Work closely with operation and non-operation and Kraken Technologies Teams to define the product vision and strategy
Identify new ideas and technology to improve the product
Define the MVP and test & learn approach for the product capability
Support the business with issue resolution for the product
Support the engineering teams to deliver product features
Managing the relationship with client counterparts as the first point of contact for tech development and issue resolution
Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities to the right domains in the development team
Ensure constant reviewing and adapting to customer and business needs

Requirements

Degree qualified equivalent with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills
Experience of product management and customer journeys
Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
Fluent English + French (other European languages is a plus)
Previous experience in the electricity/utilities market in France is desirable
Consulting experience is a plus
Experience working within the financial industry is a plus
