Описание

Thomson Reuters is looking for a Cloud Media Solutions Engineer to join the TV Solutions team in Barcelona. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting broadcast, cloud, streaming, and AI technologies for Reuters' global video production and content delivery operations.

Обязанности

Evaluate, design, and deploy media production and broadcast solutions using commercial and internal platforms
Lead implementation and modernization of broadcast and streaming workflows including IPTV and cloud services
Contribute to evolution of cloud-based media workflows by assessing scalable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Editorial, Engineering, DevOps, and other teams
Manage technical projects and vendor engagements with effective planning and risk management
Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies in broadcast, cloud, AI, and streaming
Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate problem resolution and automate workflows

Требования

5+ years of experience in broadcast engineering or media technology
Hands-on experience with media production and broadcast systems
Applicable knowledge of cloud technologies and media workflows with AWS experience
Experience with streaming and IP-based media technologies including SRT, RIST, LRT
Demonstrated project delivery skills managing multiple initiatives and vendors
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global organization
Passion for innovation and continuous learning including AI technologies
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
