Описание

HSBC is seeking an experienced professional to join the Market Securities Services Operations (MSS), Strategy and Change Team as a Collateral and Risk Project Manager. The role sits within a global programme and is responsible for managing several small to medium-sized projects with global coverage. The successful candidate will work closely with Front Office, Technology, Operations, Non-Financial Risk and other stakeholders across multiple locations. Projects within the Collateral, Risk and Billing programme address the business, operational and regulatory needs of MSS.

Обязанности

Work within an annual funding cycle, scoping and forecasting for the year ahead
Manage execution of the book of work within agreed parameters
Assess the impact of new business and operational requests and new or changed uncleared margin regulations on the MSS business
Manage projects within the collateral and risk programme to scope, quality and schedule parameters agreed with stakeholders
Secure commitment from teams and workstreams contributing to project outputs and oversee their delivery
Produce and maintain project plans, RAID, cost control, resource forecasts, status reporting, governance materials and specifications
Orchestrate and run project governance forums to brief senior stakeholders and secure project decisions

Требования

Strong background and solid working knowledge of initial margin calculation, collateral management, counterparty credit risk and risk weighted asset processes
Knowledge of the global prevailing regulatory environment for uncleared margin regulations
Strong project management experience and comprehensive proven project management skills
Capability to manage regulatory projects from inception through to implementation within fixed timescales
Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives
Self-starter able to work in a multi-tasking environment and manage priorities effectively
