Описание

Transaction Services is a key line of ING Wholesale Banking, offering payment and cash management solutions to corporate clients. The Product Manager Digital Assets will define capabilities, requirements and operating models for emerging digital asset services. The role supports both new development and existing solutions in a rapidly evolving market.

Обязанности

Own day‑to‑day product performance and P&L of the digital‑assets portfolio
Define and drive capabilities, propositions and operating model for emerging digital‑asset ecosystem
Translate market developments and regulatory requirements into product requirements and business cases
Coordinate delivery across Technology, Operations and Delivery Management teams
Manage product governance, approval processes and non‑financial risks in collaboration with Risk, Compliance and Legal

Требования

Relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Payments, Cash Management or Digital Assets
Experience in product management, proposition development or strategy execution
Ability to translate strategic direction into product requirements and delivery priorities
Strong stakeholder management across complex organisations
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
