Connectivity Customer Success Manager

The Connectivity Customer Success Manager will join the Network Security & Connectivity unit, which designs, deploys and operates secure network and security infrastructures from the workplace and datacenter to hybrid or multicloud environments. The role owns the full lifecycle of projects and services — from transition and launch to evolution, renewal or closure — following the LAER methodology. It combines client service governance, SLA and quality oversight, financial tracking of revenue, costs and margins, and coordination with Delivery and Operations teams.
