CRM Lifecycle Specialist

Ledger is a global platform for digital assets and Web3, securing over 20% of the world's crypto assets through its hardware wallets, with around 600 employees and offices across Europe, the UK, the US and Asia. The CRM Lifecycle Specialist owns the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns and programs, coordinating content, design, development, localisation, tracking and delivery across the CRM team and stakeholders. The role is hands-on, focused on organising detail and finding smarter ways to work by using AI tools to speed up delivery.
