A dynamically growing e-commerce service agency in Berlin, one of Germany's most successful Amazon sellers, is expanding its Data & Analytics landscape. The company is looking for a professional who develops modern data architectures and helps shape the path to a data-driven organization. The role covers developing and operating modern data platforms in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric that reliably supply analytics, reporting and machine-learning applications

Обязанности

Develop and operate modern data platforms in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric so that high-quality data is reliably available for analytics, reporting and machine-learning applications
Design, develop and continuously evolve modern data pipelines in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric
Ensure high data quality, completeness and reproducibility and implement efficient incremental data loading processes
Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT processes and API-based data integrations
Develop robust monitoring, logging and error handling concepts plus continuous optimization of performance, costs and data workflows
Contribute to building a scalable data architecture including test, staging and production environments and modern technologies such as CI/CD, Fabric Pipelines, dbt or Airflow
Work closely with the Head of Data & Analytics and the Data Analysts to provide high-quality data for Power BI dashboards and machine-learning models

Требования

At least 3–5 years of professional experience in building and operating data pipelines or data platforms, ideally at senior level, motivated mid-level profiles are also welcome
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Services, especially Data Factory and/or Azure Synapse, ideally complemented by experience with Microsoft Fabric
Very good knowledge of SQL and Python, especially in ETL/ELT processes and automation
Experience in data modeling, ideally with Bronze, Silver and Gold layer architectures
Knowledge of data quality management as well as monitoring, logging and performance optimization
Experience in the independent implementation of technical projects and a structured, solution-oriented working style
Strong team orientation and enjoyment of collaboration in an international environment
Fluent German or English language skills
Experience with incremental load processes and Delta processing
Experience in data integration for Power BI and working with semantic models
Knowledge of the e-commerce or Amazon environment
Experience with API-based data integrations
Knowledge of CI/CD, for example with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
Interest in machine learning and building data-driven organizations
Experience with Openbridge
