Scalian seeks a Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of system and software engineering projects for defense and aerospace clients. You will manage a team of about 20 consultants, ensuring delivery quality, cost control and client satisfaction. The role combines operational, financial and people management responsibilities within the Business Unit.

Обязанности

Manage a portfolio of projects, service centres and technical assistance
Ensure delivery meets cost, quality and deadline commitments
Define and monitor KPIs, anticipate and mitigate risks
Report regularly to Business Unit Director and senior management
Lead and develop the team of Engagement Managers and technical staff
Maintain client relationships, chair steering committees and drive business development

Требования

5‑10 years experience piloting engineering projects or service centres
Background in systems and embedded software engineering
Knowledge of aerospace, naval and defence sectors
Proven leadership and team‑management skills
Expertise in Agile and V‑model methodologies
Strong financial management – budgeting, forecasting, margin control
