Описание

The company is a technology firm specializing in software engineering, generative AI and IoT, delivering solutions built on Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, Power Platform and a proprietary low-code product. It is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee projects across its core business units, balancing technical architecture discussions with enterprise-level business goals. The role covers end-to-end software delivery, client relationships and governance across a portfolio ranging from transactional systems to AI, Industry 4.0 and IoT initiatives. A flexible 100% remote or hybrid model with long-term cooperation is offered.

Обязанности

Manage end-to-end software delivery and build relationships with key clients
Manage project delivery within the Software Development BU and innovative R&D/PoC initiatives
Build substantive partner relationships with external enterprise clients, translating technology decisions into business benefits
Ensure smooth execution of the full SDLC from requirements analysis to production deployment and BAU support
Identify, analyze and mitigate project and technology risks
Work closely with technical teams and ensure their effectiveness in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Oversee the budget, scope, schedule and key milestones of the initiatives
Implement and continuously improve delivery standards, governance processes and internal good practices

Требования

Very good command of English (min B2, C1 preferred) for fluent business and technical communication
Experience in a technical role at any career stage (developer, systems engineer, cloud administrator, system or business analyst)
Documented experience in managerial and project roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Team Lead or Program Manager
Background in a software house or technology consulting environment
Experience working directly with external clients and leading complex enterprise projects
Practical knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and modern system architectures
Knowledge of cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure or GCP
Understanding of data and AI projects (Machine Learning, ML models, Python) sufficient to assess risks and discuss substantively
Highly developed ownership mentality, proactive attitude and taking responsibility for problems
Excellent communication skills, high personal culture and ease of moving between engineers and business
