Описание

Role focused on operational consulting and the implementation of high-stakes transformation programs for large companies. The position is client-facing, with autonomy to lead international projects and to coach senior stakeholders directly. It combines a flexible way of working with a personalized development path and long-term career growth.

Обязанности

Accompany clients on-site and work directly with their teams on digitalization, transformation and reorganization projects
Pilot international-scale projects with a high degree of autonomy
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and client teams
Coach senior clients and manage and train consultants
Contribute to internal projects, event organization and content production

Требования

Higher education from a leading engineering or business school
At least 6 years of experience in the consulting sector
Strong problem-solving skills combined with curiosity and pragmatism
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Proven track record of successful transformation projects
Fluent French and English, both spoken and written
