Responsibilities
Own end-to-end demand generation and marketing performance across Amazon Europe
Drive full-funnel performance across traffic, conversion, and retention
Define and lead full-funnel advertising strategy including Sponsored Ads and DSP
Own promotions and commercial activation with annual plan
Elevate content and conversion performance through A/B testing
Ensure cross-functional marketing execution with agencies and partners
Continuously improve marketing performance using data and AI tools
Define, scale, and evolve frameworks and best practices across countries
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5-8+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail media, or performance marketing
3+ years of proven end-to-end ownership of Amazon (1P) marketing performance
Deep expertise in Amazon marketing ecosystem (Sponsored Ads, DSP, promotions, content, Vendor Central)
Experience steering agencies and owning performance delivery
Strong analytical mindset with Excel and BI tools
Fluent in English
