The Children's Society is hiring a Digital Marketing Officer into its National Mobilisation team within the Social Impact domain. The role focuses on delivering digital marketing campaigns that drive donation income, lead generation and supporter engagement, leading paid campaigns for fundraising products such as the weekly lottery, the Give Hope online shop and legacy marketing. A key responsibility is enabling the team to track marketing and fundraising performance, including setting up and managing tracking in Google Tag Manager. The position is permanent, 35 hours per week, with flexible working within the UK and occasional travel to the London office.
Обязанности
Deliver digital marketing campaigns to drive donation income, lead generation and supporter engagement
Lead paid digital marketing campaigns for fundraising products such as the weekly lottery, the Give Hope online shop and legacy marketing
Enable the National Mobilisation team to track performance of marketing and fundraising activities
Set up and manage tracking in Google Tag Manager
Требования
Experience setting up and running paid social media campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
Experience running campaigns in Google Ads across Google Search and Performance Max
Confidence setting up, managing and troubleshooting tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager
Confidence reporting on campaign performance, identifying the best optimisations and communicating recommendations to colleagues
Strong team player able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective digital campaigns
Advantage: experience working with website cookies and knowledge of cookie compliance
Advantage: experience managing a Google Grants account and maximising available funding to generate conversions
Advantage: ability to set up dashboards and reporting in Google Data Studio
Условия
Permanent role, 35 hours per week
Salary £34,200 per annum
Flexible location within the UK: remote, hybrid, London Old Street office or one of the regional offices
Occasional travel to the London office required
