Описание

The developer platform team at a major global fintech is seeking a Director of Product Management to drive product strategy for the developer experience in the AI era. The role involves owning agentic developer tooling including agent skills, MCP servers, and CLI tooling, shaping positioning in AI-powered search and discovery, and building the commercial motion for a new distribution channel. This is early-stage, cross-functional work spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, focused on defining what to build and shipping it.

Обязанности

Define product roadmap for agentic developer tooling: agent skills, MCP servers, CLI tooling, and agent-ready API standards
Partner with Strategy and Product teams to define position in the agentic channel and map API catalog against use cases
Represent Developer Experience in cross-functional GTM conversations on packaging, pricing, and distribution
Align stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing around shared commercialization hypothesis and test with design partners
Set success metrics for each initiative and establish reporting structures to track them

Требования

Experienced in product development with meaningful time on developer platforms, API products, or developer tooling
Built products alongside engineers, not just managed the surface
Fluent in the AI tooling ecosystem with understanding of how developers use AI coding assistants
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from 0→1
Clear communicator across audiences: strategy docs, stakeholder alignment meetings, exec briefings
GTM experience working with Sales or Marketing to bring technical product to market is a plus
