Founding Product Designer

A fast-growing German marketing platform that rewards its community of over 80 million users for engaging with advertisers' products is hiring a Founding Product Designer in Berlin. The role owns end-to-end product experiences and reports to the Head of Design. It combines UI and UX ownership from concept to implementation with close collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Data Science. Compensation is €90K–€120K plus equity, in a five-day-a-week office environment.
