Functional Business Analyst

We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to help shape how the organisation uses technology to scale, collaborate and operate effectively. The role sits at the intersection of business processes, people and technology, helping define a vision for a domain, translate it into a practical roadmap and align stakeholders. You will move between strategy and hands-on execution, from facilitating stakeholder conversations to mapping processes, configuring applications and investigating integrations. Domains may include IT Service Management, AI, collaboration tooling, sales operations or people processes.
