Описание

A fast-growing technology company is hiring a Graduate Product Manager to help build and improve digital products used by a huge number of customers. The role covers investigating the product and its growth drivers, innovating with AI and user research, executing features end-to-end, and iterating through experiments and metrics. It is open to candidates with little or no relevant experience, with positions in Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw or fully remote, and offers competitive pay plus discounted company equity.

Обязанности

Investigate your product, its business model and the drivers behind its growth
Use AI, data and user research to uncover opportunities and challenge assumptions
Innovate by combining user insights, market signals and emerging technologies
Prioritize ruthlessly and focus on work that truly moves the needle
Own the development process end-to-end and coordinate designers and engineers
Iterate using experimentation and product metrics to improve the product

Требования

Proficiency in English for reading, writing and speaking
Strong reasoning ability and first-principles problem solving
High drive, initiative, tenacity and accountability for your work
Team spirit: supporting the best idea and helping teammates
Attention to detail and ability to structure ideas sharply
Ability to use AI, data and user research to challenge assumptions
