Описание

The company is hiring a Graphic Designer / Motion Designer to own the artistic direction of visual projects, from creative concept to final delivery. The role spans brand-aligned graphic design, 2D/3D motion production, coordination of freelancers and agencies, and design trend research. The hire will also use generative AI tools to boost creativity and speed up production, working closely with brand, communication, marketing, digital and UX/UI teams.

Обязанности

Ensure the consistency, quality and impact of visual creations within brand identity and technical constraints
Own the artistic direction of projects and support their realization to final delivery
Define creative concepts aligned with the brand strategy
Translate internal briefs into innovative creative proposals
Propose an innovative, differentiating art direction aligned with design, usage and industry trends
Manage moodboards, references, benchmarks, storyboards and artistic intentions
Design complete visual identities: logo, palettes, typography, composition principles, multi-support extensions
Ensure aesthetic consistency across internal and external productions (print, digital, video, social media)
Develop creative concepts for animated content (ads, internal capsules, social media videos)
Supervise the creative process from ideation to delivery
Occasionally guide freelance creatives and external contractors
Coordinate and challenge internal and external proposals
Track design, digital, motion and UX trends
Propose innovative formats and approaches to modernize the company's communication
Design and produce 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, transitions and graphic packaging
Handle every production stage: storyboard, animation, basic sound design, export

Требования

Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Proficiency in motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, advanced animation tools)
Knowledge of UX/UI principles
Branding sensitivity and ability to work with brand codes
Ability to design and produce 2D/3D animations with strong visual storytelling
Hands-on use of generative AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for visual creation
Ability to turn creative briefs into structured prompts for relevant visual explorations
Understanding of copyright, governance and ethics best practices for AI-generated content
Strong creativity and aesthetic sense
Rigor, sense of organization and ability to manage priorities
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Analytical skills to design coherent and well-synthesized projects
Ability to inform and report back to management
Ability to unite teams, listening and adaptability
Higher education in design, communication or graphic arts
3 to 4 years of experience in art direction, motion design, graphic design and/or UX design
Experience in a large group is a plus
