Description

Echelon Media LTD seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual direction across brand, websites, and campaigns. The role involves designing wireframes and mockups, building websites with AI tools, and collaborating with the development team. The candidate will set design standards, mentor others, and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

Lead visual direction across brand, websites, campaigns, social, presentations
Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
Build and iterate on websites using AI-assisted tools
Maintain and evolve design system
Set design standard for team, review work, give feedback
Introduce better tools and processes
Own design QA
Partner with dev team to scope and design integrations
Provide dev-ready specs and assets
Act as main point of contact for clients
Translate client feedback into creative direction
Manage client expectations
Present concepts and handle feedback
Keep eye on design trends and AI tooling
Contribute to CRO and A/B testing
Support broader brand and marketing design needs

Requirements

Proven experience as a graphic designer with strong portfolio
Sharp eye for detail and consistency, typography, spacing, hierarchy
Confident with Figma, Adobe CC or equivalent
Comfortable with new tools including AI-assisted design platforms
Experience leading, mentoring or setting standards for designers
Strong client-facing communication skills
Some exposure to designing for the web
