Graphic Designer

Voy is looking for a Graphic Designer to lead high-impact, performance-driven design across paid social and digital channels for a regulated healthcare brand. The role combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional craft, delivering scroll-stopping static and motion-led creative that stops the scroll and drives action. The designer owns paid creative projects end-to-end, from brief through delivery, iteration and optimisation. Working closely with Growth, Copy, and Creative Production, the role turns performance insights into bold, testable ideas designed to be iterated, learned from and scaled.
