Bending Spoons runs a paid full-time summer internship for Growth Managers from June to September 2027 in its offices in Milan, London, Madrid, or Warsaw. Interns own real work that reaches customers, building growth understanding, running experiments, and turning ideas into product features alongside designers, engineers, and analysts. The company acquires and improves digital businesses for the long term and integrates AI deeply into its ways of working. It offers competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount.

Обязанности

Build a deep understanding of the product, its business model, and the drivers behind its growth
Use AI, data, and user research to uncover opportunities and challenge assumptions
Combine user insights, market signals, and emerging technologies to identify high-impact initiatives and features
Design and run rigorous experiments with real users
Partner closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to iterate quickly
Turn ideas into impactful features, prioritizing ruthlessly with data
Own the development process end-to-end, coordinating designers, engineers, and other teammates
Use experimentation and product metrics to continuously improve the product

Требования

Proficiency in English: read, write, and speak proficiently
Strong reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles
Ability to structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and mind the details that matter
High drive, initiative, effort, and tenacity in ambitious work
Team spirit: support the best idea and help teammates get their hands dirty
Open to outstanding students, including those with little or no relevant experience

Условия

Internship, full-time, running from June to September 2027
Role based in one of the offices in Milan, London, Madrid, or Warsaw
Expected to spend most days in the Milan office during the first few months
