Описание

Voodoo, a top mobile game publisher with 7 billion downloads, seeks a Growth Manager to scale priority games. The role involves owning growth strategy, leveraging performance marketing engines, and executing non-paid acquisition channels. Candidates will act as Head of Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive aggressive growth.

Обязанности

Build and own the growth strategy to scale leading mobile games; Execute all acquisition channels including paid UA, partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, App Store Optimization, and community building; Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution; Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate performance and guide decisions.

Требования

Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school; 2-5 years of experience in fast-paced analytical environments such as strategy consulting or high-growth tech; Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities; Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps; Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working hands-on; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English and French.
