Описание

Fusion Consulting is a globally leading consultancy in Life Sciences, seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise IT projects, including system implementations, legacy migrations, and business transformation initiatives.

Обязанности

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Manage system implementation and migration projects for commercial, pricing, CPQ, and order management applications
Coordinate project activities across business, IT, vendors, and external partners
Track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation actions
Support ERP and CRM integration initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce projects
Facilitate stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and status reporting
Contribute to system consolidation, modernization, and business process improvement initiatives

Требования

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
Minimum 5 years project management experience in enterprise IT projects
Experience with CPQ, order management, pricing tools, or commercial systems
Understanding of ERP and CRM platforms including SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and risk management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in global teams
Fluent English, both written and spoken
