Описание

An independent transformation consultancy is recruiting a Junior Business Analyst for its Finance practice, to work within Market Making / E-Trading teams on Fixed Income and Forex activities. You will act as the interface between the business and IT teams, immersed in electronic trading challenges with strong proximity to the Front Office. The role targets candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience after a Master's degree, with progressive upskilling on the ION tool.

Обязанности

Support Front Office teams on pre-trade and e-trading topics
Contribute to the pricing of bonds
Work on Fixed Income distribution
Handle connectivity issues with trading platforms and systems
Participate in setting up and evolving automation tools
Analyze Front Office needs and translate them into the systems
Understand business stakes and contribute concretely to their implementation in the systems

Требования

Master's degree level (Bac+5), ideally with a first experience in Business Analysis, IT or market finance
0 to 3 years of professional experience after graduation
Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in Front Office
Knowledge of financial products and market finance
Good understanding of Front Office / Pre-Trade activities: Fixed Income, Forex and bond pricing
Strong technical appetite and ability to quickly grasp business and system challenges
Good IT fundamentals and knowledge of electronic trading systems and platform connectivity
Willingness to progressively build up skills on the ION tool
Professional English is mandatory
Dynamic, curious and proactive personality, comfortable in a fast-moving environment

Условия

Permanent contract (CDI) exclusively; freelance and independent profiles are not considered
Salary 45-50K
Position based in Paris
Immediate availability required
Recruitment process in up to three interview stages
