Описание

Brava Hospitality is looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to deliver the technology projects behind its hospitality brands, with a particular focus on Prezzo Italian and a programme of restaurant refurbishments and new openings. The role is far from desk-bound, combining site work, supplier coordination and project delivery across POS, networks, cabling and SaaS platforms. You will take ownership of the IT workstream for openings and refurbishments, from early planning and site surveys through testing, go-live and first service. Regular UK-wide travel and a full UK driving licence are required.

Обязанности

Support and gradually take ownership of IT deliveries for new restaurant openings and refurbishments
Spend time on sites across the UK together with operational teams and technology partners
Coordinate installation of POS, networks, cabling systems, telephony and other equipment
Ensure sites are tested, prepared and configured for smooth openings
Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
Execute small technology and SaaS projects from requirements to launch
Coordinate suppliers, testing, UAT, training and handover
Keep stakeholders informed of current status, next steps and required assistance
Identify issues early and gather the right people to resolve them
Own the IT stream from early planning and site surveys through testing and launch

Требования

Some experience coordinating projects, suppliers or technology deliveries
Organized, curious, pragmatic and eager to gain practical experience
Ability to communicate with both technical specialists and restaurant or operational teams
Ability to keep details in mind without missing deadlines
Flexibility, strong communication skills and ability to find solutions amid changes
Must have a full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel regularly to restaurants across the UK and spend significant time on site
