Management Trainee - Retail Media (m/w/d)

An 18-month management trainee program with rotations across several business units of the group, including tech, head office and editorial brands, with a possible rotation abroad. The home base is the Retail Media team, where the trainee builds a deep understanding of advertising products and their role in the business model. Across stations, the trainee follows a Retail Media product from idea and development through go-to-market to KPI analysis, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Ad Operations, Sales and Finance.
