Описание

Spanish IoT company designing hardware and software for connected mobility, building a digital services ecosystem with leading brands across Spain and Portugal. It is hiring a Marketing Designer to join the Marketing team as its design reference, reporting to the Marketing Manager. The challenge is to lead visual identity and creative production across three languages and several markets while integrating generative AI into the design workflow.

Обязанности

Lead transversal communication design: email campaigns, banners, landing pages, social media, in-app notifications, co-branding materials for partners and dealers
Maintain and evolve the visual identity: icons, illustrations and the asset library, with branding as a core pillar of the role
Design campaigns end to end where visual and message are born together, writing and refining copies with full creative control
Work aligned with product to keep app, web and marketing coherent, translating functionality into clear pieces for launches and educational content
Create and maintain email templates in HubSpot, iterating designs from performance data such as opens, CTR and conversion
Adapt every piece to different markets (ES, PT, USA) and languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan and English)
Integrate generative AI across the workflow: asset creation and variation, AI-assisted web and landing page development, brand guides and prompts

Требования

More than 5 years of experience as Marketing Designer, Graphic Designer or similar, ideally in digital B2C and fast-paced startup environments
Regular use of generative AI tools in the design process and active curiosity about newly released ones
Mastery of Figma and the Adobe package (Illustrator, Photoshop) with solid typographic and compositional judgement
Sensitivity to the message as well as the visual: ability to write or refine campaign copies with good judgement
Experience designing for email marketing: templates that look good and work on any device and inbox, in light and dark mode
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with autonomy in a dynamic environment
Native Spanish and English at B2 level
Experience or demonstrable interest in building websites and digital products with AI-assisted development tools
Experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform
After Effects for basic motion graphics
Portuguese and/or Catalan (nice to have)
